Electrical Coating & Plating

Electro deposition coating, quite similar to plating is a process of coating the surface of an electrical conductor via the use of electricity.
Depending on the parts sizes to be coated, various level of DC power supplies are used. They usually range from 250Vdc to 500Vdc with similar level of output current.
The DC power supply need to provide relatively stable output, with long durability and capable to last in harsh working environment.
